Easter

This is the first Easter we have had at home the three of us.  It was a wonderful way to celebrate what Christ did for us!  Easter Sunday we woke up Bradford and let him get into his Easter basket, then we went to church and came home to attempt a few pictures!

After a nap and lunch we played outside all day with the neighbors and dyed Easter eggs together!

19 months old

We missed the 18 month mark photo shoot so we went for 19 months!  When we took Brady for his check up Dr. Albright said he had grown more between 12-18 months than any other stage yet.  He is in the 75th percentile for height!  Most children do not have  a growth spurt at this age, but Bradford did.  He seems like such a little boy now, I love it and it makes me sad all at the same time.  We have friends that have baby goats and chicks and let us use them for this photo shoot for Easter/19 months.  We took Bradford and Gracie to get pictures made and it was hilarious!  The boy did not give Heather a single smile until the very end but there are some cute shots!

He loved all the kids!

This baby goat was born that day!  Talk about new.  Brady looks as if he was wondering why I am holding the goat in the box and why Heather is taking all these pictures

 Next come the chicks!

These chicks are cute!

Hello chickies!

I will hold you!

After this we decided no touching was best!

Thank goodness he didn't kill the chicks!

I just want to touch them!

Chick where are you going?

Here is my 1/2 smile.

There is that winning smile!

Last we thought it would be fun to get a group shot of all the kids and this is what we got!

No more pictures please!

Mom why all the girls?

This is ridiculous!

Kayley Elizabeth's Birthday!

Kayley arrived Tuesday April 3, at 3:34 PM.  She weighed 6lbs, 5 oz and 18.5 inches long!  The whole process of her arrival kept many of us on the edge of our seats!  I cannot lie I was more excited about Kayley getting here than Andrew's birthday...I love you honey!

Beth labored and to make a long story short it was not progressing so they did a C-section.

Beth and Mat ready to meet their baby!

Hello world!

A happy family

Proud Daddy!

New Mommy!

Amy and Mom were able to be there right away.  I was jealous I wanted to see her too!

Andrew was home for two weeks in between jobs and I am glad because I was able to go see baby Kayley on Wednesday!  Sandra and I drove 3 hours there stayed and visited for a little bit and drove 3 hours back.  It was so worth it even just to be able to see them for a little bit!

To say I am in love is an understatement!

Hello Aunt Caroline, I was wondering when you were going to come!

On the Home Front

Here are some pictures from the end of March before we get to what is going on at the home front.  We have been doing a bit of babysitting for friends lately.  First is Chase, he is a chunky 8 month old neighbor of ours and he loved his ride in the wagon with Brady!

Brady asleep on the couch earlier that day!

This other cutie we sit for more than others.  This is sweet Gracie that I talk about all the time and we all adore!

One day in particular he was being an extra bit of a ham than normal and I got a few funny shots of him!  The first one is terrible quality but he had pushed the ottoman over to the mirror to stand up and look at himself.  He was pretending to put on chap stick!

Getting into EVERYTHING!
Being a Ham is very tiring!

Here he is in Cary at Pop and Gramps' house playing ball!

The first week in April marked many momentous occasions in our family!  The first was of Andrew putting in his two weeks notice at Paetec/Windstream where he has been employed for the past three years.  First as a salesman and then as a Senior Account Manager.  This company was a good opportunity for Andrew to really grow in the sales and T-1 line industry while also providing for our family and for that we are very thankful!

Andrew is very excited to be starting a new position with Time Warner Cable as a salesman under his old boss and friend Mike!  This is a great career move for Andrew to grow more and really use what he has previously learned in the industry.  It has been fun because he had two weeks in between jobs to hang out at home with Bradford and I which we have loved!

Andrew had his birthday on April 3 and turned 28 years old, he's really getting up there..just kidding!  I also became an Aunt to Kayley Elizabeth Limon on the same day!  She shares a birthday with her Uncle Andrew! I was so very excited to get to go and meet her!  Being a mom is pretty cool but my sisters go on and on about loving being an aunt, so I have been excited to really experience it firsthand myself!

For Andrew's birthday he got a new flat screen TV and a new body!  He has lost 58 pounds since November!  I am very proud of him and Brady and I went and picked him out a bow tie for his birthday among other things!
